Spacious room overlooking the garden to the front and comfortably furnished with a leather sofas and chairs, dining suite, occasional tables and bookcase. There are books, magazines, games, TV and DVD player with several current DVDs available to borrow on request. You may also hire DVDs at the Video shop located in the town.Tea / Coffee making facilities are available for B&B guests
Kitchen Has fridge, freezer, microwave and electric cooker. It is well equipped with crockery, cutlery, utensils, pots, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

Bedroom 2 Side facing twin room with private shower room. The cot/folding bed can be accommodated in this room, which also has a large built in wardrobe, bedside tables, chair, iron and ironing board. Shower Room
With an airing cupboard for drying outdoor clothes.
Children A cotbed or folding bed and a high chair are available on request. There are children’s chairs, dishes and cutlery for babies/toddlers, children’s books and DVDs.
NB. Baby bed linens are not supplied as most parents have their own preferences. There is no bath in the house, but a baby bath is available. Babysitting can be provided by the owner- a former primary teacher and childminder. There is no charge.
Hot Water and Central HeatingThe system uses a traditional oil-fired boiler and hot water tank operating on a time clock. All the radiators have individual thermostats and although the clock is set to popular usage times, it can self –set.The showers are electric offering hot water at any time.
Outdoors – The cottage lies at the end of the drive and well back from the road. There is garden furniture and a BBQ available for your use. There is also a drying area with rotary drier at the back of the cottage.There is no smoking in the house and no pets (Guide Dogs excepted). There are several good kennels located locally and if you need information on this or have any other queries, please do not hesitate to contact me. The rental includes heating and electricity, all bed linens and towels and an initial supply of washing up liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, bin bags and cleaning agents.
We request that you supply your own towels for swimming. Washing powder and clothes conditioner are not supplied due to problems related to allergies. Tariff Self Catering £325 - £375 per week Short Breaks are available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Self Catering guests have the option of booking breakfast at a cost of £5 00. (£3.50 for children under 12).
